This Booking is Non–Refundable and can't be amend or modified Failure to arrive at our Bungalow will be treat as a No-Show and No Refund will be given.

- Passport is strictly required to present while checking in.
- Guest must settle the full payment covered the period of staying before check-in. Check-in time 14:00 hrs, Check-out time 12:00 hrs.
- Late check- out from 12:00 hours - 18:00 hours will be charged 50% of the room rate.
- Late check- out after 18:00 hours will be charged 100% of the room rate.
- Key Card deposit 1,000 THB. It will be returned to guest when check out.
